LaunchBlaze
About

A launch atelier on Yong Siak Street.

LaunchBlaze is an independent B2B marketing agency in the Tiong Bahru creative-shophouse corridor. We plan and run product and brand launches for founders, brand managers and in-house marketing leads across the Singapore market — with responsible AI in the workflow and a human owning every ignition.

Where we sit

Tiong Bahru, on purpose.

We chose a low-rise shophouse over a tower floor because launches are made in rooms where people can hear each other. Tiong Bahru suits us — quiet mornings, good coffee, walls we can cover in a launch calendar. The neighbourhood is full of independent brands that ship things, which is exactly the company we like to keep.

Our practice is small and senior. When you brief LaunchBlaze, the people in the room are the people doing the work — no account layer relaying messages to a hidden team. Brand strategy, campaign planning and media planning all happen within earshot of each other, which is how a go-to-market plan stays coherent from brief to launch day.

How we think about AI

Responsible AI, human judgment.

We use generative AI where it genuinely helps: AI market research to move faster through the desk work, AI content workflows to draft more options, AI analytics to spot patterns in the first 48 hours. Then a marketer edits for accuracy, checks it against platform policy, and decides what actually ships. Human-in-the-loop AI is not a compliance box for us — it is the reason the work holds up.

We do not fabricate experts, awards or case-study logos. We do not sell bots, fake followers or guaranteed growth. We advertise lawfully, we keep our metrics honest, and we say plainly when something is illustrative rather than proven. That is the whole responsible-marketing posture, stated once and kept.

What we stand for

Four commitments.

Human oversight

A person owns every launch decision and approves every live ignition. AI assists; it does not decide.

Honest metrics

We report what moved and what did not. No figures dressed up as guarantees, ever.

Lawful advertising

Every claim is checked against platform policy before it runs. No misleading launch-day promises.

No bots

No fake engagement, no purchased followers, no spam automation. Real launches for real brands.

The way we run

Senior hands, small rooms, plain language.

LaunchBlaze started because too many launches were being planned in slide decks and abandoned on launch day. We wanted a marketing agency shaped around the countdown itself — the run-up, the go-live and the first 48 hours — rather than the polished pitch that comes before any of it. So we kept the team deliberately small and senior, and we work in the same room as the client wherever we can. Fewer handovers means fewer places for a go-to-market plan to quietly lose its shape.

Most of our clients are founders, brand managers, SMEs and scale-ups in the Singapore market who have a real launch coming and cannot afford to wing it. Some are launching a first product; some are relaunching a brand that has drifted; some are opening a new campaign after a quiet quarter. What they share is a preference for method over theatre and honesty over hype. We brief carefully, we research the audience properly, and we rehearse before we spend, because a launch you have practised behaves very differently from one you have only imagined.

On the AI question we try to be precise rather than fashionable. Generative AI genuinely speeds up parts of the craft — sifting AI market research, drafting more message variants, reading patterns in AI analytics faster than a person could alone. It is also confidently wrong often enough that letting it run unattended would be reckless. So every AI-assisted output passes through a marketer who checks the facts, the brand identity and the platform rules before it reaches a client or a live campaign. That is the balance we are comfortable putting our name to: fast where speed helps, human wherever judgment matters.

We are equally clear about the edges. We do not invent named experts or borrowed awards. We do not sell bots, purchased followers or spam automation. We do not promise launch-day sales, viral reach or a return on investment, because those depend on the offer, the budget, the creative and the market far more than on any agency's confidence. What we will promise is a disciplined launch practice, a plain read of the results, and advertising that stays inside the rules.
